Horacio Rivarola Etcheto, Dr. ABSTRACT Traumatic posterior shoulder dislocation is a small group within the dislocations of the gleno-humeral joint, which can be associated with different types of fractures. The impaction fracture of the anterior surface of the articular surface Reverse Hill-Sachs lesion is a typical of the resultant posterior dislocation. In this paper we describe a rare case and shortly described in the literature of traumatic gleno-humeral dislocation associated with posterior shearing osteochondral fracture of the humeral head with a posterior Bankart lesion and its resolution by a combined technique arthroscopic and minimally invasive, using the concept of free osteochondral fragment viability in the joint cavity, and the fixation with an unusual system through the use of sutures in bridge through the use of suture anchors.

Lesiones y enfermedades del hombro

Lucas Marangoni, Dr. Horacio Galera, Dr. Leandro Salcedo, Dr. No hubo diferencias teniendo en cuenta las variables rango de movimiento y VAS. ABSTRACT Background: Although labrum lesions in patients with chronic anterior shoulder instability may not only involve detachment of the anterior inferior labrum but a lesion of the superior glenoid labrum as well, no studies have compared the clinical outcome between patients with a Bankart and SLAP II lesion repair and patients with the same pattern of lesion but with only Bankart repair. Methods: Forty-eight patients with chronic anterior shoulder instability were included in this study.
